Core types, interfaces, and XDM (XQuery Data Model) implementation for PhoenixmlDb — a modern embedded XML/JSON document database for .NET.

### Changed

- **The reserved metadata namespace's conventional prefix is now `dbxml`, was `phxm`.** Prefix
only — the URI is unchanged at `https://schemas.phoenixml.dev/2026/meta`, so the namespace's
identity, every stored key and every `NamespaceId` are untouched. Metadata keys encode the
numeric namespace id rather than the URI, so nothing on disk moves.

Visible in `MetadataProperty.ToString()`, which now renders `dbxml:status` where it rendered
`phxm:status`, and anywhere a caller declares the prefix in an XQuery prolog. `dbxml` is the
prefix this project used before the namespace rework, and it reads as what it is.
