PhoenixmlDb.Core

Core types, interfaces, and XDM (XQuery Data Model) implementation for PhoenixmlDb — a modern embedded XML/JSON document database for .NET.

Database interfaces — IDocumentDatabase, IContainer, IDocument for storing and retrieving XML/JSON documents
XDM node types — XdmElement, XdmAttribute, XdmDocument, etc. — the W3C XQuery Data Model

No library changes. Version alignment only, under the policy stated in 1.6.5 below.

The release exists because `PhoenixmlDb.XQuery` and `PhoenixmlDb.Xslt` ship real fixes at
this number, and the family carries one version so a developer can tell at a glance that a
set of packages belongs together. This package is republished unchanged, which is the
accepted cost of that guarantee rather than an oversight.

The one change in the repo since 1.6.5 is to CI, not to the library: the pack job now runs
the tests first. It could previously publish a package built from code whose tests had never
been run in that job.
