- [Sg] Heap: ALL bucket kinds are now incremental (`buildBucket` removed) — bindless vertex-pull geometry (growable HeapVertexData with slot reuse), bindless texture arrays (refcounted distinct-texture dedup with stable indices), atlas buckets (one AtlasPool per bucket lifetime, per-delta Acquire/Release), instanced ROs incl. the MoltenVK slot-attribute fallback (per-size instance-range freelist). Textured-bucket add+remove: ~337 ms -> ~1.2 ms; bindless-geometry: ~299 ms -> ~0.56 ms.
- [Sg] Heap hygiene sweep: no transact/MarkOutdated during adaptive evaluation anywhere in heap code (deferred arena resize via `AdaptiveBuffer.ResizeInPlace`; pull-published atlas pages); buckets no longer retain their first RO after it leaves; packed geometry ranges are refcounted and reused (byte-flat under distinct-geometry churn, new `geomchurn` golden test); dynamic-mode buckets bake pipeline state from the bucket key (a member's mode change moves it between buckets instead of bending the bucket it leaves); `HeapScene` double-remove made idempotent and disposal added.
