always inject `PickShader.vertexPickEffect` into the no-normal pick chain so `pi` (PickPartIndex) defaults to `gl_InstanceID`. Previously the no-normal path omitted it, causing FShade to emit `PickPartIndex` as a real vertex attribute that custom-built RenderObjects (e.g. batched tile renderers) had no easy way to supply, breaking the draw entirely.
