- [Vulkan] buffer sub-range binding: a non-backend IBufferRange bound as SSBO or vertex attribute becomes a BufferRangeDecorator carrying (offset, size) into descriptors and vertex-bind offsets; GL rejects storage ranges loudly.
- [Vulkan] IndirectDrawCallResource reports a change only when the draw call actually differs — every heap edit looked like a command change and triggered pointless re-records.
- [Sg] Heap: pageRO sync gated on (pageCount, partEpoch) — content-only edits skip the pages×partitions walk (~0.7 ms first edit at 68k parts).
