Azure DevOps automation CLI for repository setup, CI pipelines, and work item management.

Install the CLI tool globally using:

dotnet tool install --global pm1

To upgrade to the latest release (currently 2.0.0):

dotnet tool update --global pm1 --version 2.0.0

After installation, you can use the pm1 command from anywhere in your terminal.
