Object.Storage

Object.Storage is the protocol-neutral object and file-content boundary for the framework. IObjectStore uses streams and supports metadata, ranges, listing, copy, deletion and presigned read/write URLs. The built-in S3ObjectStore works with AWS S3 and path-style compatible services such as MinIO and Ceph.

Use this library for ClientApp assets and large immutable blobs. A live native Git repository stays on storage with filesystem/Git ref semantics; IObjectStore does not imitate a Git object database. Keep application bindings, execution journals, reconciliation state and indexes in the user-registered database adapter (normally SQL Server). The existing Redis implementation remains available for compatibility and replaceable caching; Redis should not be the only copy of durable runtime state.
