Imposter Syndrome Disclaimer

I want your help. No really, I do.

There might be a little voice inside that tells you you're not ready; that you need to do one more tutorial, or learn another framework, or write a few more blog posts before you can help me with this project.

I assure you, that's not the case.

And you don't just have to write code. You can help out by writing documentation, tests, or even by giving feedback about this work. (And yes, that includes giving feedback about the contribution guidelines.)

Thank you for contributing!

### Changed

- [Find References skips files that do not contain the name](https://github.com/ionide/FsAutoComplete/pull/1557) - With the transparent compiler, a file is only searched when its text contains the name of the symbol as a whole identifier. Before, FCS imported the references of every project it searched, also of projects with no file that uses the name. On the Fantomas solution, Find References takes 1.5 s instead of about 3 s and adds about 215 MB to memory instead of about 480 MB.

### Fixed

- [The first hover in a file is fast again](https://github.com/ionide/FsAutoComplete/pull/1557) - Since 0.85.0, the first hover in a file listed every entity of every referenced assembly to resolve `<see cref>` links, also when the tooltip had none. It took over a second and kept 50 to 70 MB. The list is now only built for a tooltip with a cref.
- [`DisableInMemoryProjectReferences` works again](https://github.com/ionide/FsAutoComplete/pull/1557) - The setting had no effect since 0.66.0. With it on, a referenced F# project comes from its output DLL instead of its source files, with both compilers.
