  2. Install this Nuget Package on your MVC.Net Core Site
  3. In your Startup, call services.AddURLRedirection(); on your IServiceCollection to initialize the Interfaces
  4. In your Startup, call app.UseURLRedirection(); on your ContainerBuilder where you feel appropriate, I placed just before the UseEndPoints

Incoming requests with a trailing slash were not being matched properly as Url redirect keys have the slashes removed.  Adjusted to remove trailing slash when comparing. Added Logging interface so users can implement.
