update native SDK to v1.9.1

v1.9.1 (Released March.25, 2017)
General
All Platform(except for Web): updated the description of the API setHighQualityAudioParameters() for the live broadcast scenario. For details, refer to each live broadcast API references document.
All Platform: the dual-stream (high and low video stream) is triggered in a group call over 2 people under the communication mode and if the network condition of the low video stream is not satisfying, the high stream falls into continuous reconnection. The issue is fixed.
Android Specific Updates

Fixed the issue of being unable to load the encryption library in some Android devices.
