Wino Mail AI

Semantic-indexing infrastructure shared by Wino Mail and Wino Mail API.

The solution separates four concerns:

  • provider-neutral message and checkpoint contracts;
  • deterministic HTML sanitization and visible-text extraction;
  • remote embedding generation and pgvector persistence;
  • resumable local storage through sqlite-vec.

The packages are published publicly on nuget.org. The workflow requires the repository NUGET_API_KEY secret and verifies every package after publication.

SqliteVecSemanticIndexer requires a trusted sqlite-vec loadable extension in production. Tests can use its explicit compatibility mode without loading native code. eng/Build-SqliteVec.ps1 verifies the pinned v0.1.9 amalgamation hash and compiles Windows x86, x64, and ARM64 assets before packing.

No NuGet credentials belong in source control. Configure NUGET_API_KEY as a GitHub Actions repository secret before dispatching the public publication workflow.
