Use this for Microsoft Azure Service Bus Queues, Topics, Relay and Notification Hubs backend operations.

It adds Microsoft.ServiceBus.dll along with related configuration files to your project. This library allows AMQP 1.0 to be used as one of the protocols for communication with Microsoft Azure Service Bus. Notification Hubs support sending push notifications to Windows, Windows Phone, iOS and Android.

Initial release for Azure SDK 2.5:

Messaging:
- New NamespaceManager.Rename* API for renaming an existing entity.
- Fixes CompleteBatch behavior. Now for non-partitioned entities the completion order of the batch is honored. For partitioned entity the completion is done by grouping the lockTokens from the same partition in a batch and order is maintained within each group.

Relay:
- Fixes WebSockets to support connecting through a Http proxy that uses multiple authentication schemes
