或者整体使用[静态类]UsefulConvertParaStr，如：UsefulConvertParaStr.VisibleCollapsed、TrueFalse。

1、[增强] [附加属性] RotateToTranslateAttachedV2 支持通过设置 AwayDistancePerDegree 来边旋转边远离。
2、[增强] [转换器] ReferenceValueToRealValueConverter，支持在参考值超出范围时，设置实际值为变化方向的另一端的值（新增 IsGoToAnotherEndWhenRefBiggerThenMax、IsGoToAnotherEndWhenRefSmallerThenMin 属性）。
3、[新增] [样式] Separator 系统样式（SysSty.Separator）以及自定义样式 LibSty.Separator.Horizontal 和 LibSty.Separator.Vertical（分别支持设置高度、宽度，以及圆角）。
4、【重构】获取激活的窗口方法（WpfWindowHelper.GetActiveWindow）代码优化、添加 isFallbackToMainWindowWhenNoActive 参数（没有激活窗口时是否回落为主窗口）。
影响：蒙板弹窗方法 ShowWithMask、ShowDialogWithMask 采用回落机制。
5、[新增] [方法] WpfWindowHelper 中添加 SetOwnerActiveWindow 等方法（设置 Owner）、以及 ShowDialogForActiveWindow 等方法（弹出模态弹窗前设置 Owner）。同时在 ShowDialogWithMask 中设置 Owner 为激活窗口。
6、[优化] [样式] LibSty.Separator.Horizontal 和 LibSty.Separator.Vertical 可设置 SnapsToDevicePixels。
7、[新增] [自定义控件] 自动在元素之间添加分隔线的 StackPanel（SeparatorStackPanel），通过 SeparatorStyle 设置 Separator 的样式。
