Build and test

With the .NET 10 SDK installed, run:

dotnet restore UpDevs.Sdk.sln
dotnet build UpDevs.Sdk.sln --configuration Release --no-restore
dotnet test UpDevs.Sdk.sln --configuration Release --no-build

PostgreSQL integration tests require UPDEVS_TEST_POSTGRES_CONNECTION pointing to a local test server where the configured user can create and drop test databases.
