   ThinkGeo.SqlServer is a layer extension to ThinkGeo.Core that connects to Microsoft SQL Server (2008+) and renders the native spatial column types (geometry / geography) as feature layers on the map.

   Capabilities:
    - Read SQL Server geometry / geography columns as feature layers.
    - Spatial query push-down via the SQL Server spatial functions (STIntersects, STWithin, etc.).
    - Compose with other ThinkGeo layers on a single map.

   Targets: .NET Framework 4.6.2+ and .NET Standard 2.1 (covers .NET Core 3.1, .NET 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 / 9). Uses Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.
   Platforms: Windows, Linux, macOS.
