Themia neutral messaging core — the engine-agnostic transactional-outbox machinery: lease-based atomic claiming over a provider dialect, exponential backoff with dead-lettering, an in-process drain signal, and a generic background drainer that delegates delivery to a pluggable dispatcher. No tenant, framework, or database-engine dependency.
