Tamp wrapper for the Azure CLI (az) 2.x. v0.1.0 covers: Login (SPN, identity, federated-token, interactive), Rest (the generic REST proxy that unlocks Flex Consumption listKeys and arbitrary ARM API access), Group (show/create/delete/exists), Bicep.Build, plus a Raw escape hatch for the rest of the enormous az surface.
