Sparkdo Settings

Sparkdo Settings 的进程内运行时实现，提供不可变设置目录、显式 Provider 管线、CAS 内存 Store 以及异步读写门面。

Sparkdo 应用引用本包后，Settings Manifest 会自动声明目录和内存 Store，并通过 Manifest 第三方服务集成协议接入 Provider 管线、运行时以及异步读写服务。Settings analyzer 只生成设置贡献和贡献桥接，不负责注册常规运行时服务。

非 Sparkdo 宿主可显式调用 services.AddSparkdoSettings() 完成同样的运行时注册。
