Sparkdo.EventBus.Abstractions

该包提供 Sparkdo EventBus 的最小公共契约：IEventPublisher、IEventHandler<TEvent>、EventPhase 和 EventHandlerAttribute。

EventHandlerAttribute 可以省略阶段参数，默认使用 AfterCompletion；处理器也可以完全省略该特性，编译期路由同样默认使用 AfterCompletion。

契约只描述进程内调用，不包含消息序列化、网络传输、Outbox、Inbox 或后台可靠投递。需要默认运行时和 DI 接线时，请引用 Sparkdo.EventBus。
