GetAll, GetAllByUserIdAndType, and GetAllByUserIdAndTypes follow Stripe pagination and materialize every result, so use them carefully for large accounts. Despite its historical name, Delete detaches the payment method from its customer; it does not erase the payment method object from Stripe.
