RedisClientRegistrar.AddRedisClientAsSingleton(services) Adds IRedisClient as a singleton service. The same service collection, so additional registrations can be chained.
RedisClientRegistrar.AddRedisClientAsScoped(services) Registers Redis Client with a scoped lifetime. The same service collection, so additional registrations can be chained.

Practical notes
