Two new features are tested in this alpha release.
1. A new SimpleInjector.Diagnostics.dll to the core package that makes the Diagnostic API public. For more info, see here: https://simpleinjector.codeplex.com/workitem/20062.
2. .NET 4.5 interface IReadOnlyCollection<T> and IReadOnlyList<T> are supported as collection types. They are automatically injected, just as IEnumerable<T> already is. More info here: https://simpleinjector.codeplex.com/workitem/19992.
