Sidub Platform — Batch

Recorded background jobs for the Sidub Platform. Every run is a record keyed by its occurrence, so a schedule that fires twice, a message delivered twice or two hosts racing run the job once; the record is the lease, a crashed run is taken over from its last checkpoint, and every outcome is logged as a structured marker an alert rule can query. Jobs are plain classes: a run, a run with typed parameters and result, a detect-and-repair job, or a two-pass backfill. The run store is Azure Table storage through Sidub.Platform.Storage.Http, or in-process for tests and local runs.

AddSidubBatch() also registers the purge job batch-run-purge on BatchOptions.PurgeSchedule (daily at 03:30 UTC); give it a timer like any scheduled job.
