Strongly-typed C# HTTP client for the rocket-welder2 REST API. Drives welder operations (devices, pipelines, programs, robots, cameras, distance sensors, modbus tags, skills) from in-process hosts, terminal MCP tools, the Modellution IDE, or any external .NET process. One client, one wire shape, regardless of where the caller runs.
