RegisterBot --resource-group [groupName] --name [botName] -endpoint [endpoint]
Creates a bot registration for [botName] pointing to [endpoint] with teams channel enabled.
RegisterBot will automatically update the MicrosoftAppId/MicrosoftAppPassword settings for your bot web service based on the host.
