PrimusSaaS.Memberships.Dapper

Dapper + Npgsql storage adapter for PrimusSaaS.Memberships. Implements IMembershipStore, IActiveTenantSelectionStore, and IMembershipInvitationStore using raw SQL against PostgreSQL. No Entity Framework dependency.

Compatible with .NET 8, 9, and 10.
