Thread-safe namespace interning (concurrent transforms no longer corrupt the shared namespace table) plus more streaming correctness for consuming expressions over a streamed source: a consuming copy-of/for-each inside xsl:on-empty/xsl:on-non-empty/xsl:where-populated, a copy-of/value-of whose select is a conditional (if-then-else) with a consuming branch, a copy-of/value-of/variable selecting a climbing (attribute/ancestor) axis, a for-each over a generic node() kind test (//node()[name()=$p]), and apply-templates over a function-wrapped select (copy-of(outermost(//p))) now produce correct results under xsl:mode streamable="yes". Requires PhoenixmlDb.Core 1.1.9 and PhoenixmlDb.XQuery 1.4.7. See RELEASES.md for full notes.
