Bindings have been modified to be more compatible with trimming, allowing most of the bindings to be trimmed where they wouldn't be able to before. (@BoyBaykiller)

Added `Toolkit.OpenGL.GetContextValues` to get the actually selected OpenGL context settings. (@NogginBops)
Add `defaultFileName` argument to `Toolkit.Dialog.OpenSaveDialog` to prefill/suggest a file name to the user. (@NogginBops)
