OpenStrata.MSBuild.ALM contains build definitions that allow for an OpenStrata ALM project to produce an internal use only NugetPackage with build definitions which when applied can be used to actively and autmatically manage an Application's Lifecycle.

An OpenStrata ALM project will allow a publisher to centrally define MSBuild Configurations (Debug, Integration, QA, Release, etc.) and the appropriate environmental information for each configuration. Environmental information includes but is not limited to a separate package repository for each phase, target Daterverse environments, connection information, etc.

This information is then consumed and applied during an MSBuild action which can be triggered any number of ways: Visual Studio IDE, Command Line, Azure Pipeline, GitHub Action, or any other means that allows for a download from a source code repository and the execution of an MSBuild or Dotnet Build command.

A publisher can apply changes organization wide to its ALM process by simply capturing the change details in an ALM Project and publishing an updated ALM Nuget Package.
