Oakrey.Applications.Files

The "Files" project is a .NET 8 library that provides a robust and efficient file management service. It includes functionality for creating, reading, writing, and deleting files and directories, with support for asynchronous operations and logging.

Features

File Management:

Create, read, write, and delete files. Load file content as a string or stream. Save file content with automatic directory creation.

Directory Management:

Create directories if they do not exist. Delete files older than a specified time span.

Asynchronous Operations:

Supports asynchronous file loading and saving with thread safety using SemaphoreSlim.

Retrieve file paths from a directory based on file extensions.

Logging and Telemetry:

Integrated with Oakrey.Log for detailed logging of operations. Uses Oakrey.Telemetry for tracing and monitoring.

Installation
