IoC.Configuration

The main functions of IoC.Configuration library are: 1) Container agnostic configuration of dependency injection using XML configuration file. The file has section where container can be specified, that will be handling dependency injection resolutions. Currently two popular containers are supported, Ninject and Autofac, via extension libraries IoC.Configuration.Ninject and IoC.Configuration.Autofac, that are available in Nuget.org. The dependency injection container (e.g., Autofac, Ninject) can be easily switched in configuration file. In addition, the configuration file has sections for settings, plugins, startup actions, dynamically generated implementations of interfaces (see autoService elements under iocConfiguration/dependencyInjection/autoGeneratedServices in example configuration files in GitHub test projects in https://github.com/artakhak/IoC.Configuration/tree/master/IoC.Configuration.Tests). 2) Container agnostic configuration of dependency injection in code. The bindings are specified using IoC.Configuration chained methods, however the actual resolutions are done using one of the popular dependency injection containers, Ninject and Autofac, via extension libraries IoC.Configuration.Ninject and IoC.Configuration.Autofac. FileInclude

A library to generate a file from template which can include placeholder sections that reference other file (i.e., file includes). The referenced files can include similar sections to reference other files. The library was motivated by the need to reference other files in README.md file (other MD files, example code files, etc.). The method GenerateFileFromTemplate in interface FileInclude.ITemplateProcessor recursively compiles the template file specified in parameter templateFilePath, and all the files directly or indirectly referenced by the template file into a single file and returns the file contents in output parameter generatedFileContents. The default implementation of FileInclude.ITemplateProcessor is FileInclude.TemplateProcessor and it uses IncludedFilePlaceHolder element tag to locate the include place-holders. However the tag name can be changed by overriding the virtual property TemplateProcessor.FileIncludeTagName. The method FileInclude.ITemplateProcessor.GenerateFileFromTemplate returns errors as a list of FileInclude.IErrorData objects that contain error details. Also, the method checks and reports any possible circular references, to prevent infinite processing. There is also an extension method FileInclude.TemplateProcessorExtensions.GenerateFileFromTemplateAndSave which saves the file generated from the template. The extension method checks if the generated file was modified by other applications (say manually edited) since it was auto-generated last time, to prevent data loss.

UniversalExpressionParser

UniversalExpressionParser is a library for parsing functional expressions. The parsed language format is specified in implementation of UniversalExpressionParser.IExpressionLanguageProvider. The library supports expressions of the following types among others: functions, literals (variables), numeric values (parsed by specifying regular expressions), texts keywords, prefixes, postfixes, code blocks and code separators, (e.g., {var x = y+z++;++x;}), line and block comments, operators with priorities specified in UniversalExpressionParser.IExpressionLanguageProvider, custom expression parsers to handle non-standard situations, etc. The parser returns a structure that stores the results of parsing which also includes the list of parse errors, if any. The parser was tested by simulated tests that randomly generate thousands of parsed expressions and parse those expressions.
