Novolis.Security.Cryptography

BCL wrappers for operations that are easy to get wrong: CSPRNG, fixed-time equality, and HKDF-SHA512.

Do not use Random, Equals on secret strings, or ad-hoc SHA-256 stretching for key derivation.
