From Vertica.Utilities to Net-Belt
Quite a few time ago (in the not-so-dark ages of .NET Framework) a fair amount of utility code (toolbelt) for .NET was written/scavenged.
In the let's-admit-it brighter ages of .NET, some of that code is either not current anymore or much better alternatives exist for it.
Let's start anew with Net-Belt (without the initial dot).
