What It Contains

Reporting definitions, planning, rendering, export, and canonical accounting reports.
Dependency injection extensions such as AddNgbRuntime().

Runtime coordinates platform behavior against persistence abstractions. Provider-specific SQL, Dapper, Npgsql, and migration behavior live outside this package.
