* EWS component is now in separate NuGet package. The main MailBee.NET package no longer depends on Managed EWS libraries.
   * EWS is now supported in .NET Core (v2.0 or newer is required), UWP (Windows 10 Fall Creators Update or newer) and other .NET Standard 2.0 compatible environments. However, only async methods are supported while in .NET Framework it's quite opposite (only sync methods are supported). This is the Managed EWS API's limitation.
