CSV-backed localization resources, localized validation attributes, and web model helpers. Targets .NET Standard 2.1.

Register resources

Implement IResourceFile to provide each resource file's path and ResourceType, then register the files:

AddResourceManager registers the CSV and mandatory-field handlers, resource factory, and resource manager. Resolve IResourceManager to retrieve strings by resource key and resource type. The package also exposes CsvLocalizableStringAttribute and MandatoryFieldAttribute for model metadata and validation.

Copy the CSV files to the application's output directory. The repository's MTS.WebTests project contains Strings.csv and Mandatory.csv examples and tests for their corresponding resource types and attributes.
