Interceptors have been added for Add, Update, and Delete operations.
Fixed bug where mapped Collection properties on objects extending DirectoryObjectBase are not updated when changed.
Fixed bug where DebugTextWriter can be garbage collected before use.
ListServerAttributes now returns IDirectoryAttributes. Existing code expecting IEnumerable<KeyValuePair<string, object>> will still function.
ObjectClass must be mapped when adding objects to the directory. ObjectCategory is no longer used.
