LevelUp.ServiceDefaults.Auth

Opt-in Entra ID JWT-bearer authentication satellite for LevelUp.ServiceDefaults, wiring Microsoft.Identity.Web from the AzureAd configuration section.

An explicit Program.cs opt-in rather than part of the canonical shim: it mutates the authentication pipeline, and not every service is an API.
