Changed:
- [L10NSharp] Enabled nullable reference types on the core project, with full CS86xx warning cleanup across all layers. `ILocalizationManager.GetLocalizedString` now declares its `defaultText` parameter nullable; the internal `ILocalizedStringCache`/`ILocalizationManagerInternal` interfaces gained nullable annotations and a `where T : class` constraint.
