A versatile .NET Windows Forms control designed for viewing images with support for zooming, panning, rotation, and more.

1. Create a new Windows Forms project in Visual Studio.

2. Add this ImageViewerControl component through the designer:

  - Right-click Toolbox > Choose Items...

  - Browse to and add the compiled .dll

3. Or manually instantiate it via code:
