Html.Forms command line tool

Helper .NET tool for working with Html.Forms projects. Currently supports a single command:

htmlforms addpage <PageName> - Create new page and add it to the current project

Note: The tool adds EmbeddedResource item into the first project's item group, so it's recommended that you use the first item group for page resources, if you are using the tool to add new pages.
