Hiperspace.Rocks

RocksDB is a remarkable technology, originally developed by Google (LevelDB) and optimized by Facebook for absolutely lowest possible latency writing to SSD devices. RocksDB used Log-structured-Merge (LSM) to stream updates while maintaining fast key access.
It is used both as a key/value database, and also as a driver for relational-databases, message-stores, blockchain and various analytical services. The use of LSM optimizes performance and life of SSD devices.

Hiperspace.Rocks uses RockDB to store elements in durable SSD memory

# Overview

This release contains minor updates following **Hiperspace.DB** testing is **ISO20022** spaces.

## value segment/aspect validation
Added addition validation that Values cannot include Segments or Aspects, since they do not have a global identifier

## Parallel scan enhancement
In Hiperspace any stored element {entity, segment, aspect, view} can provide  **view** projections to new the element; when the view is queried every element is projects the view is queried in parallel, potentially resulting in hundreds of parallel searches to different `SetSpaces<>`, the  *Hiperspace.DB*  query `from n in graph.Nodes select n;` will search every database on the server, and almost every element within the database.  This release changes the number of concurent request sent to the C++ gRpc server to prevent ENHANCE_YOUR_CALM errors under load.
