Hiperspace.Heap

The Heap driver provides the simplest hiperspace, storing objects in the managed process heap, it exists for testing purposes, but also for benchmark performance of other drivers.
The Heap driver uses more memory, and is slower than the Rocks driver.

# Overview
This release is a minor update for XML and JSON serialisation, following testing with  [ISO20022](https://www.iso20022.org/).  XML Serialisation (with dotnet) reflects its age and is does not support references for elements referenced more than once in an XML document.

This release adds anotations to Hiperspace and HiLang to exclude Stringified key (`SKey`) and `owner` references from XML and JSON serialisation.
