Version 12.0.0 Alpha 01

This is a pre-release version of the .NET SDK Client for Hiero/Hedera Hashgraph ledger for Network Version 0.64

This library contains significant changes from the previous versions and we consider it ready for experimental use. Please note that the entire API surface is still under review and can change at any time, although we don't anticipate this happening.

Some 0.64 features may not yet be implemented, but we a pleased to report that ATOMIC BATCH TRANSACTIONS have been implemented and can be invoked using this library, should the network you are connecting to support it. (At the time of this writing, mainnet will enable batched transactions at version 0.66)
