In short, it enables the ability for POCO's to NOT have to inherit from TableEntity by saving them as JSON blobs and allows for secondary indexes to be defined via a contextually managed set of Index Name Keys (used as the Table Partition Key). 1.1.0 -- Added custom encoder and decoder for Azure Table Keys to custom encode only the invalid characters of a Partition or Row key. Fixed issue of not being able to delete without etag. Removed Parallel.ForEach from batch operations since that's not a very good use case for it.
