Major update with breaking changes!

* The core language has been revamed to provide additional metadata such as line numbers and AST types.
* Coerce on Scalar types has been replaced by parseValue, parseLiteral, and serialize.
* Several fixes around the use of enums.

These language updates should allow the Validation feature to be completed.
