FEB.EventSourcing

Core of the FEB.EventSourcing framework: the AddEventSourcing builder, the event store decorator chain, replay and optimistic concurrency, projection updates, sync event dispatch and the outbox worker with named, independently tracked subscribers (IOutboxSubscriber) for brokers, APIs and in-process async handlers.
