- The command 'dotnet newtool' only cerates, builds and runs the created tool, and did not start any IDE
- You have now 3 options to start VS-Code, Visual Studio 2019 or JetBrains Rider after generating your tool.
- The 3 option you can combine it, so you can start multiple IDE's after the tool was generated.
- You have now the possibility to save a created tool as json
- You can now create a dotnet tool from an already serialized dotnet tool from json.

- .NET Core 3.0 SDK or higher
