Instalação
IMPORTANTE!
O pacote irá criar uma pasta com nome DotCEP no diretório do seu projeto, que contém os arquivos necessários para o funcionamento da biblioteca. Você deve copiar todos os arquivos que estão na pasta(inclusive a pasta Cache) e colar nas pastas bin/Debug e bin/Release se for um projeto desktop, para projetos WEB basta colocar os arquivos no diretório raiz do projeto.
