DocWright.Composition

Build a document from code with a fluent, declarative API — pages, headers, columns, tables, text styling — then render it to PDF, images or .docx through the ordinary pipeline.

A composition is plain C#, so loops, conditionals and your own data just work.

Add-on for DocWright.

Install

This package brings the main DocWright package with it, so that single install is enough.

Not a second engine

A composed document becomes a real document and goes through the same layout engine and renderers as a loaded .docx. There is no separate rendering path to diverge, and you can keep editing the result with the ordinary editing API before you save it.

Limits

CompositionOptions.MaxNestingDepth bounds how deeply a composition may nest:
